Our students presented and published a research paper titled - "Quiet Quitting at workplace disengagement: Preventive measures for Employees disengagement"

Our Principal Rev Fr Dr P Anthony Vinay has appreciated Bhargavi and Ruthika students of second year BBA for presenting and publishing a Research Paper under the guidance of Mr. Mateen, Asst Prof, Dept of Business Management. They presented and published a research paper titled - "Quiet Quitting at workplace disengagement : Preventive measures for Employees disengagement at "The Two-Day National Conference on “Paradigm Shift in Business Ecosystem: Innovations, AI, Tariffs and SDGs for Prosperous India” at Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad held on 16-17 February 2026. The Research Paper has been published in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN.
