An Orientation Program for first year students was organized on 31 July 2023 Rev Fr Dr P Anthony Vinay, Principal SMCDC inaugurated the program and congratulated First Year Students of Batch 2023-26 for choosing St Mary's Centenary Degree College. The Principal advised the students to have career plans, manage time productively, stay focused, take initiative and seek advice from mentors for success in their lives. Mr K Sundar, Chairman and MD of Formula Training Company is the Resource person of the day. The speaker inspired the students with case studies of eminent personalities like Dhirubhai Ambani, G Pulla Reddy, Anand Mahindra etc and provided guidelines regarding career planning . The Seniors of the College entertained students with cultural performances. The students are informed that the classes for first year students will commence from 1 August 2023.
