A Faculty development Program is conducted on 27-06-2023 for staff members of SMCDC. The resource person Rev. Fr. Amar SJ, Superior & Correspondent, Loyola Academy, Alwal highlights the importance of Team building activities, inculcating values in students. He also emphasized on the formula "Flight - Fight - Freeze" for realizing the values of oneself.
