75th Republic Day Celebrations

St. Mary's Centenary Degree College celebrated the 75th Republic Day with great enthusiasm. Rev. Fr. Marneni Arogyam, the Rector & Parish Priest of St. Mary's Basilica, graced the occasion as the chief guest and unfurled the flag. In his speech, Fr. Arogyam highlighted the importance of fundamental rights and civic responsibilities outlined by the constitution. The college's Principal, Rev. Fr. Dr. P. Anthony Vinay, urged students to respect the constitution and strive for new heights. The NCC parade, marked by disciplined formations, was a standout feature, showcasing the dedication of cadets. The celebration also included patriotic songs by the college choir, with active participation from both teaching and non-teaching staff, as well as students. The event successfully combined tradition, patriotism, and education, leaving a memorable impact on the St. Mary's Centenary Degree College community.
